The 2011 Gifts of Light campaign brought comfort and joy to 1,000 patients in CAMH’s care over the holidays. On December 31, 2011, the Campaign wrapped its fourth—and most successful year—of offering the public the option of purchasing practical gifts for patients in CAMH’s care. Some of the highlights:

• 45 elves wrapped gifts
• 15 Santas delivered these bundles of hope (despite the reindeer strike)
• 409 minds are getting a work-out thanks to activity books delivered
• 446 new blankets are keeping patients cozy on cold winter nights
• 589 smiles are brighter thanks to new toothbrushes
• 913 pairs of socks have new feet to warm
• An amazing 1,679 people, like you, visited www.camhgiftsoflight.ca.
